Spa Etiquette

What days are the spa open?
The Spa is open Friday, Saturday and Sunday

What should I wear to the spa?
Wear Whatever you feel comfortable in.We will provide you with the use of a bathrobe and slippers.

Should I make a reservation in advance?
Yes, please phone to make a booking. Advanced bookings are required as we are usually heavily booked.

When should I arrive?
Please arrive 15 minutes before check-in and change. A consultation will be given and then your treatment will commence.

Should men shave?
Yes, we recommend that men shave a few hours before their facial.

Where do I change?
You may change in your Day room.

What if I have a special health consideration?
Please notify our Spa Manager or therapist when you make your reservation. If you are pregnant, have high blood pressure, allergies or any other physical ailments or disabilities. If you are concerned about anything please let us know.

What about my comfort?
This is your time in the spa and you should delight in it as much as possible. Whether the room is too hot, the music is too loud, the lights too bright or the pressure of the massage uncomfortable just let us know.

What if I am late for an appointment?
Arriving late will simply limit the time for your treatment, thus lessening its effectiveness and your pleasure.
Your treatment will end on time so that the next guest is not delayed.

What do I wear during my treatment?
Most body treatments are enjoyed without clothing. However, wear what you feel is most comfortable for you.We can provide disposable pants if required.We provide a luxury robe for use.

What if I need to make a cancellation?
As a small establishment we find it necessary to exercise a strict cancellation policy. A credit card number is required in order to confirm your booking.
There is a 14 day cancellation policy and your card will be charged with the full amount of the booking should you cancel or amend the reservation within 14 days of arrival. Postponement or cancellation to a booking once confirmed and before 14 days of arrival will incur a $50.00 administration fee.
As we are holding your reservation in good faith this deposit becomes non-refundable should you cancel, amend or change your reservation within 14 days of your arrival date.
There are no refunds on group packages.
Upon quoting credit card details you are agreeing to our terms & conditions for bookings.

What about payment?
We accept credit cards, eftpos,direct debit, and cash. There is a 3% surcharge on all credit cards.
A deposit is required to secure your booking. All group bookings require up front payment.
